As I refuse to give my weight to anybody – as you can see it’s under lock and key, I will work with percentages.

I’m hoping for a bell curve.

I do not have a photo of one of my first yoga teachers but I recently met her after 8 years and was able to tell her how much she inspired me. From her I learnt that it’s not about being thin, flexible and watching what you eat … yogis come in all shapes and sizes, we have all levels of abilities, and it’s OK to indulge sometimes. It’s all about balance and enjoying life.
